ABOUT DTC
District Trust Charities (DTC)
was formed in 2005 by a group of young DC professionals who wanted to
be proactive in raising funds for those in need. Most of the
charity’s board members have worked on the Hill or in the
Administration, but there is no ideological bent to our fundraising
efforts.
Everyone involved shares a commitment to supporting District related
entities that provide hope to those with various needs and
challenges. We are an equal opportunity charity and each of our
events will benefit a new cause. Previous events have supported the
Lombardi Cancer Research Center at Georgetown Hospital, the
Washington Scholarship Fund, My Sister's Place and Cure Autism Now.
